Mr. CHOO Boon Kuan, is currently Managing Director, North China of CapitaLand (China). Mr. CHOO Boon Kuan has been with the Group for nine years, since joining Regional Investment & Asset Management as the Vice President in Nov 2011. Mr. CHOO was appointed as Regional General Manager of Commercial Management of West China since 2012, responsible for the management of retail and integrated development assets in West China.
 
Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr. CHOO previously worked as Director for Strategic Planning in Ernst & Young Advisory, and he also served at Singapore Post as the Director of Sales & Channel Management from Jan 2000 to Dec 2010.
 
Mr. CHOO obtained Bachelor of Accountancy in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University in 1996 and Master of Business Administration from Washington University in 2016.

CV of Eric Goh
 
Eric Goh is the Chief Representative (China) of Keppel Corporation Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Capital China. He joined Keppel Capital in July 2011 to set up the China platform of Alpha Investment Partners, and was appointed Chief Representative (China) of Keppel Corporation in 2016.
 
Since joining Keppel Capital, Mr. Goh has led China team concluding acquisitions and divestments of Life Hub @ Jinqiao and Shanghai International Plaza; and acquiring numerous assets in Shanghai and Beijing. Keppel Capital China has invested and managed over RMB 30 billion assets under Mr. Goh’s leadership. In recent years, KC China has also ventured into Alternative assets including Logistics RE, Data Centres and Education Campus.
 
Prior to joining Keppel, he was CEO of Ascendas China managing a portfolio of Commercial Assets in Shanghai and several large-scale Industrial and Technology Parks in China. He also managed and fully invested two China Focused Funds including acquisition of Cross Tower in Shanghai.
 
Mr. Goh was previously the General Manager of Shui On Land Rui Hong Xin Cheng (Rainbow City) fully responsible for the project’s development and asset management. The project was awarded Best Planning and Most Popular integrated residential development in 2006 and 2007.
 
Mr. Goh started his career with Singapore Technologies Group, which was later restructured as part of Temasek Holding’s SembCorp Industries. He was amongst the pioneers in making the first venture into China in 1988, and served various senior appointments including Senior Vice President in SembCorp Engineers and Constructors and Director of market development in SembCorp Industries.

Melvyn is equipped with more than a decade of experience in China.  Prior to his current role, he served three tenures with global media conglomerate Forbes. In his roles as Forbes China Publisher, Forbes Asia Executive Director and Forbes China President, Melvyn shaped Forbes China into one of the most influential business media in China.
 
Prior to Forbes, Melvyn was the President of Mindshare China, the largest marketing services company in China. As the President, Melvyn was responsible for more than 700 employees and the management of marketing funds worth more than USD 2 billion. He was also a member of the Mindshare Worldwide Executive Committee, with oversight of more than 100 offices spanning 80 countries.
 
Melvyn is passionate about youth talent development.  Melvyn served as an advisor to G20 China Youth Entrepreneur Alliance and is an alumni member of the Ship for South-east Asian Youth Programme. He is also very active in the mainland business China and Singapore community.

Dorothy Seet was born in 1952 in Singapore. She graduated in Singapore, and went on to pursue study in fashion marketing from Stirling University in UK.
 
Before being seconded to Beijing, Dorothy was Senior Manager of family-owned Mido Textiles Pte Ltd, which also operated the China Silk House chain, which was a household name in the 1980s.
 
She was one of the founding members , and had held the position as President of the Society of Designing Arts (Fashion), better known as SODA, for 8 years.  She was also the Vice-President of the former Textiles and Garments Manufacturers’ Association of Singapore (TGMAS), now known as Textiles and Fashion Federation of Singapore (TAFF), and also held position as Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore’s Retailers’ Association.
 
Before selling off the family-owned equity in Beijing Smart Garments, Dorothy was the Vice-Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the company which was a joint-venture with the Beijing, Shunyi Municipal Government.  She was also appointed as the Vice-Chairman of Beijing Garment Association as well as Vice-Chairman of the China Corporate Wear Industry Association, and council member of China Garment Association.
 
Dorothy was elected Chairperson of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China (SingCham) since 2004.
 
In 2008, Dorothy was awarded the Singapore Business Awards for Outstanding Chief/Senior Executive (Overseas) category.  This award was presented by the Singapore Business Times under Singapore Press Holding and DHL, the international courier service company.
 
In 2012, Dorothy was conferred the prestigious ‘PBM’, a Public Service Medal that was presented by President Tony Tan, President of the Republic of Singapore, giving recognition for her social service contributions.
 
‘Emphasis on customer satisfaction and employees’ career development’ had been the management philosophy inculcated by Dorothy.  Under her leadership, Smart Garments was awarded the prestigious ‘China Well-known Trademark’ as well as ‘Beijing’s 10th Most Influential Brand’ in 2011, a milestone in its brand transition from Made-in-China’ to ‘Created- in- China’.  The following year, Dorothy was awarded one of the ‘10th Most Influential Personality’, and the organizers included Beijing Television Station.

Dorothy considered human resource as the most valuable asset of a company.  She had been a strong supporter of Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS).  Driven by her strong commitment to give back to society, Smart Garments had supported its ‘Smart Hope School’ in Jingxing County, Hebei since 1996.  The Smart Hope School provided education needs to more than 300 children at primary level yearly.

Tan Wee Theng is a Singaporean and has been working in China, based in Beijing since 1996. He is an experienced Corporate Executive with more than 30 years of Experience working in North America and Asia Pacific. In his last corporate role, he was the President of Intel China and a Vice President of Intel Corporation.
 
Wee Theng was one of the first foreigners in China to be granted permanent resident status in 2004. Mr. CHIN Phei Chen is CEO of Real Estate & Urban Development, China, responsible for the Group’s Real Estate & Urban Development portfolio in China and strategic projects.
 
Mr. CHIN Phei Chen has held several appointments within the Group. Prior to his current appointment, He was CEO of Special Projects, China, responsible for strategic projects. From July 2018 to December 2019, he successively served as Managing Director and CEO, mananing Group’s operating commercial assets in China. He was also overseeing supporting functions such as Legal and Corporate Marketing & Communications during this period.
 
Before that, from October 2015 to June 2018, Mr. CHIN successively held positions as CapitaLand China’s Managing Director of Corporate Strategic Relations, Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, he had played a pivotal role in building strategic relations with government organizations and industry players, enhancing the effectiveness of corporate service departments to support business operations, and facilitating cooperation among business units to achieve greater synergy. He was concurrently Regional General Manager for North China from January 2016 to March 2018, responsible for the development and management of integrated properties and residential projects.
 
Mr. CHIN was CEO of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd from February 2013 to October 2015. He had played a significant role in driving infrastructure development, attracting knowledge-based enterprises and building industry clusters, and enhancing strategic collaboration between Singapore and China in Guangzhou Knowledge City.
